Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To contact us to initiate a return, you must send an email to with your order number and photos of the item you want to return.

All product(s) must be returned in their original unopened package and never been used or installed. For larger appliances, the buyer will need to keep the product on the pallet to return the product.

  • If a product is used or installed, or does not have the box and pallet, it cannot be returned.
    • In such case, the buyer would need to use the warranty process at this time to have the unit diagnosed as working properly or improperly. 
  • “Buyer’s remorse” is not an acceptable reason for a service issue. 


Additionally, all returns are subject to the following restocking & return shipping fees:

Please note that returns must be sent with the proper return shipping label per our return instructions. We will let you know whether or not a shipping label is required.
